Nancy Zarazua

Nancy Zarazua is a paralegal in the Asset Securitization Department at Chapman and Cutler.

Nancy supports partners and associates in the preparation of closing documents and due diligence in connection with commercial loan transactions representing banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured loans. Her experience includes asset-based financings, merger and acquisition financings, cash flow loans, working capital revolving credit financings, real estate finance transactions and cross-border secured transactions.

Nancy’s experience also includes asset securitizations and has worked on securitization transactions involving diverse asset classes including trade and auto loan and lease receivables, structured settlements, equipment leases and commercial loans.
