Scott R. Elsworth

Scott Elsworth is a partner in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department and Banking and Financial Services Department. Scott's practice is focused on representing commercial banks and corporations in securitization and structured finance matters involving a wide variety of asset classes, and the negotiation and documentation of complex lending transactions.

His experience includes advising senior secured, second lien, and mezzanine lenders in connection with cash-flow and asset-based credit facilities. He has extensive experience with acquisition finance facilities, working capital loans, unitranche facilities, and cross-border financings.

Prior to joining Chapman, Scott practiced for 10 years at Am Law 200 firms.
