Lucy Allan is an experienced Employment Relations Consultant at Chapman Employment Relations since January 2025, with prior roles as a People Advisor at Port Nelson Limited and as a Human Resources Advisor and Administrator at Nelson Marlborough Health. Lucy’s career began as a Customer Success Manager at Retail Links and progressed through various HR and customer service roles, including a Human Resources Graduate position at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources and minors in management and marketing, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, both from the University of Otago, along with high school completion at Dunstan High School. Lucy has participated in Outward Bound since 2012, enhancing personal development skills.

The team has 100+ years combined experience in Employment Relations Consulting and Human Resources Management. Our experience is both national and international, assisting employers in all their employment related matters. Our team are members of the Employment Law Institute of NZ, the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority and are accredited practitioners of extended DISC (psychometric and workplace assessment).
