Emerald Johnstone

Emerald Johnstone is a solicitor specializing in Banking and Finance at Chapman Tripp since January 2023, having previously served as a law clerk at the same firm from November 2021 to February 2022. Emerald also gained experience as a summer law clerk in Banking and Finance and Construction during the summer of 2021. Prior to a legal career, Emerald worked as an English Second Language Teacher with the JET Programme from August 2012 to August 2014. Emerald holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Auckland University of Technology, completed in 2023, a Postgraduate Certificate in TESOL from Victoria University of Wellington in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from 2006 to 2008.
