Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this venture, Mariana has served as the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist in a private consultancy between February 2016 and 2019, and serving as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
