Charles Militello

Charles Militello has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Charles started their career as a Graphic Designer at HLA Marketing in 2001, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Walker Brands as an Art Director, overseeing creative direction for various industries until 2008. From 2008 onwards, they have been associated with ChappellRoberts, where they currently hold the role of Associate Creative Director, leading design and development for digital projects and collaborating with different teams to create engaging experiences for clients.

Charles Militello received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Jesuit High School from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2021.
