Arnaud Kremer

Arnaud Kremer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and crisis management. Currently serving as Directeur ChapsVision Africa and Business Line Leader for Cyber, Security, and Crisis Management at ChapsVision since March 2025, Arnaud has also been an Expert and member of the APM since November 2016. As an Officier de la réserve citoyenne de défense et de sécurité with the Gendarmerie Nationale since June 2019, Arnaud contributes to national defense efforts. A founding member of Cercle K2 since April 2018, Arnaud previously held leadership roles such as Gérant at RDI+ by ChapsVision and Président of IREMOS. Additionally, Arnaud was the Président of the security commission at Cian from November 2016 to February 2025, fostering the sustainability of French economic activities in Africa. Arnaud's earlier career includes significant roles within the Gendarmerie Nationale from 1984 to 2005. Arnaud holds a degree in enterprise protection, crisis management, and economic intelligence from the Institut national des hautes études de la sécurité et de la justice (INHESJ).
