Katie Baker

Katie Baker, MBA, currently serves as Regional Business Manager and Studio Operations Manager at Chapter Aesthetic Studio since November 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing sales performance, managing business metrics, and partnering in leadership for the organization’s only POP-Owned studio. Prior experience includes a role in sales for handbags and accessories at Steve Madden from November 2018 to January 2020, contributing to key accounts and participating in market research. From May 2014 to January 2018, Katie held the position of Team Lead Manager-Retail at Steve Madden, where strategic application of retail KPI knowledge led to consistent achievement of sales targets, management of a million-dollar retail department, and successful implementation of a new POS system. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management and Health Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising, Marketing, and Design from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
