Chapter Network designs and delivers sustainable programmes for organisations that want to shift their ethos towards that of diversity and inclusivity.
For decades, organisations have been using leadership and diversity training in isolation to try and fix the historical lack of diversity & inclusion and to close the gender gap. Sadly, women and PDIs face massive structural and systemic obstacles when trying to advance their careers, requiring a more integrated, holistic change programme.
The Chapter Network Programme consists of a mix of group work, training and individual accreditation in moderation and facilitation.
