Courtney Leech

Courtney Leech has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Courtney started their career in 1990 as the Manager of Residential Programs at Northside Mental Health Center. In 2007, they joined HCA Physician Services as the Coordinator of Physician Recruitment. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Director of Clinic Operations at CareHere. In 2012, they worked as a Grant Writer at Mental Health Care, Inc. Courtney then became the Practice Manager at Pulmonary Associates of Brandon from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Practice Administrator at Sponaugle Wellness Institute until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Contracts Manager at Tampa Family Health Centers and later became the Director of Performance Outcomes. In 2019, they joined Chapters Health System as the Director of Provider Networks and Contracts. Currently, they are the Director of the Claims Department at CareNu, starting from 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in operations management, contracts negotiation, performance analysis, and grant writing.

Courtney Leech obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management at the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2002 to 2005.
