Samantha Zimmerman

Samantha Zimmerman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Samantha currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Chapters Health System, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, Samantha worked at WellSky from 2019 to 2023, where they served as both the Interim Director of RCS and the Payment Manager of Revenue Cycle Services. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Consolo Services Group, LLC (now WellSky) as a Payment Supervisor, specializing in auditing account payment posts and providing payment question support and training. Before that, Samantha worked as a Billing Team Lead at Consolo Services, LLC (now WellSky) and as a Billing Specialist at Consolo Services Group, LLC (now WellSky). Samantha also has experience outside the healthcare sector, having worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMMROC) from 2012 to 2013 and as an Aircraft Technician for both the Commonwealth of Virginia from 2006 to 2012 and the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2000.

Samantha Zimmerman received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the years 2007 to 2010. Samantha also obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree from the Community College of the Air Force in 2010. Prior to these degrees, Samantha earned a Diploma in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding from Kee Business College in the year 2002.
