Stephanie Dlatt has held a variety of roles across multiple companies. In 2021, they began working at ChapterSpot as a Partner Services Manager & Support Operations Team Lead, where they managed the integration of 16 external vendors, collaborated with internal teams, and mentored and trained a team of three customer support specialists. Stephanie was also an Account Manager & Customer Support Specialist, utilizing a range of tools to deliver exceptional results for clients. From 2015 to 2021, Stephanie worked at the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, where they were promoted from Campaign Associate to Associate Director of Campaign and Engagement. Stephanie provided leadership to the NEXTGen department, managed and served as the primary administrator for multiple database software systems, and trained and mentored staff on proper data processing procedures. From 2014 to 2015, Stephanie worked at the Indiana Historical Society as an Archives Intern - Jewish Collections and the Bureau of Jewish Education as an Administrative Assistant & Education Intern. In 2013, they were an Intern at the Raupp Memorial Museum, and from 2010 to 2013, they were a Front of House Staff at Yen Yen Restaurant.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Anthropology from Butler University, an Executive Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and a Salesforce Administrator - Ranger Rank from Trailhead by Salesforce. Additionally, they have a High School Diploma from Adlai E. Stevenson High School. Stephanie also has several certifications, including Manage Projects in Slack and Slack Connect from Slack, Etiquette & Productivity, Slack Basics, and Workflow Builder from Slack, CPR & Basic Wound Care from the Red Cross, and Ranger from Trailhead by Salesforce.
