Character Lab
Niharika Shukla is an accomplished student engaged in numerous research and mentorship roles focused on mental health and technology. Currently, Niharika serves as a Research Intern at Columbia University’s Mental Health Lab, a Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School, and a Mental Health Researcher for the U.S. Department of State, concentrating on global youth mental health issues. Additionally, Niharika contributes as a Youth Advisor at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and is involved with Character Lab, Endless Frontier Labs, and UNHCR as a Young Champion. Selected for prestigious programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Capital One, Niharika emphasizes a strong foundation in technology and advocacy, while pursuing education at Cumberland Valley High School.
