During their time at Olive Garden, Amy was promoted to General Manager and was responsible for daily operations and profitability. Amy achieved impressive results, including increasing revenue, improving guest satisfaction, and receiving awards for their performance. In 2014, Amy joined CharBar No. 7 as a General Manager and later became a Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations.
