Charbonneaux-Brabant is a family-owned company existing since 1797 in Reims. The group is a major player in the production of vinegar and sauces in France and Europe. It has a second historical activity, in the development of maintenance and DIY products. The group currently employs 330 people and has a consolidated turnover of 125 million euros.

It is to preserve the gastronomic heritage and acquire a real vinegar expertise that the Brabant family has acquired various production sites in recent years. These factories have contributed to the development of specific know-how while maintaining the local footprint.

With 9 factories in France and Italy, Charbonneaux-Brabant offers a wide range of conventional and organic products:

• Specific vinegars (Balsamic PGI, Sherry PDO, Flavored)
• Mustard (Dijon, Wholegrain, Flavored)

Well established in French supermarkets and food service retailers, Charbonneaux-Brabant is also known under its own brands CLOVIS and BEAUFOR.
Over the years, the family business has also forged strong international links with local importers in more than 80 countries, spread across 5 continents.
