Bruce Dimytosh

Bruce Dimytosh began their work experience in 1991 at SIR Corp, where they held various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Bruce remained with the company until 2015. In 2009, they joined Prism Solutions as President and stayed with the company until 2016. In 2012, Dimytosh started working at Kingsway Arms Retirement Homes as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, and they held this position until 2016. In 2016, Dimytosh became the CFO of Charcoal Group of Restaurants, a position they currently hold.

Bruce Dimytosh has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com.) from the University of Toronto, which they obtained in 1982. In 1984, they acquired a CPA/CA qualification. Additionally, in 2010, they completed the ICD.D Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
