Chelsey Sowden

Chelsey Sowden is an experienced operations support professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry, currently serving in multiple roles at the Charcoal Group of Restaurants since December 2018, including Operations Support Specialist, Assistant General Manager, Beverage Manager, Service Manager, Bartender/Floor Supervisor, and Server. Prior to this, Chelsey held positions as Acting Manager and Server/Barista at Lola Stays Cafe and Eatery from January 2018 to November 2018, and worked as Cash Closing Supervisor and Server at Erie Beach Hotel from September 2014 to January 2018. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Research and Experimental Psychology, complemented by a Minor in Biology, from Wilfrid Laurier University, where studies were completed from September 2010 to April 2015.
