Emma Alberto

Emma Alberto possesses a strong background in hospitality and mental health promotion, having worked in various roles that emphasize customer service and education. Currently employed as a Bartender and Server at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since April 2022, Emma applies extensive knowledge of beverages to enhance guest experiences. Previous experience includes serving as a Practicum Student with the Canadian Mental Health Association, where Emma developed educational resources and supported programs for children facing mental health challenges. Additionally, experience as an Emergency Supply Teacher and Home Instruction Teacher for the Upper Grand District School Board reflects Emma's commitment to educational support. Emma's foundational hospitality skills were developed at Leeside Restaurant & Patio Bar and Foodland, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development from the University of Guelph.
