Megan is also known as the Director of Culture & Development, focusing on operational best practices, team-related systems, and human resources mentorship. With a background in hospitality and culinary leadership, Megan oversees recruitment, team culture, and internal communication within the company. Additionally, Megan has experience in brand development and beverage management. Prior to joining Charcoal Group, Megan worked as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Bingemans, where Megan managed daily operations and events. Megan holds a degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and attended Bluevale Collegiate Institute.
