Diane Wheeler

Diane Wheeler currently serves as the Director of Sales Support & Customer Service at Charcuterie Artisans since January 2023 and holds the position of President at Les Dames d'Escoffier New England from April 2024. With a long history of leadership in the food industry, Diane has also served as Past President of Les Dames d'Escoffier International from September 1995 to February 2025. Previous roles include Territory Manager at US Foods, Senior Buyer for food and beverage at Twin River Casino, and Specialty Foods Buyer at Sid Wainer & Son, among others. Diane gained extensive experience in sales, purchasing, and product development while managing high-level responsibilities across various companies starting from Dole & Bailey Inc. in 1992. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from San Francisco State University.
