Doug Perzyk is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales within the gear manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Chardam Gear Company since March 2018, Doug specializes in developing 3D model-based manufacturing processes for complex gears, housings, and gearbox assemblies. Previously, Doug held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at both Chardam Gear Company and PMI Aerospace, where Doug achieved remarkable sales growth and customer base expansion.
