Janani Sundararajan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in equity research and academic research. Currently serving as a Senior Equity Research Associate at Chardan since October 2021, Janani previously held a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at New York University from September 2019 to September 2021. Janani's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Duke University, where doctoral research focused on the relationship between movement and auditory perception, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Prior roles include a Graduate Student at Duke University, a Research Assistant at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, and various internships, including a Product Control Intern at Credit Suisse. These experiences have resulted in expertise in auditory psychophysics, neural network design, and statistical analysis, with a strong foundation in both neuroscience and financial sectors.
