Amish Shah

Amish Shah has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Amish currently holds the position of Facility Hospitalist Medical Director at TeamHealth since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Medical Director at DialyzeDirect starting from February 2022. In 2021, they held the same role at CharDonnay Dialysis. From 2016 to the present, they worked as an MD at James River Hospitalists/Southeastern Group TeamHealth. Amish Shah also has experience as an MD at Comprehensive Kidney Disease Center from 2011 to 2016 and at Nephrology Consultants from 2004 to 2010. Amish began their medical career as a Fellow at the University of Rochester Medical Center from 2000 to 2003.

Amish Shah's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Topiwala National Medical School where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine. Amish completed their studies in 1997. From 1997 to 2000, Shah furthered their medical education at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY, where they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Rochester in 2000 and graduated in 2003 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Nephrology through the Nephrology Residency Program.
