Cathy Yap

Cathy Yap has extensive experience in support and account management roles within the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Support Specialist at Charge Automation since February 2017, Cathy contributes to a leading provider of online check-in and payment solutions for the hospitality industry. Additionally, Cathy has been a Support Specialist at Booking Automation since February 2014 and previously worked as an Account Manager at TNTech Canada until July 2023. Cathy's career began as a Country Analyst/Coordinator at Encore Media Asia from March 2012 to September 2013. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology from De La Salle University and further studies at Miriam College.
