Christopher Scott

Christopher Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality assurance and engineering. Christopher is currently working at Charge Cars as the Head of Quality, where they are responsible for internal manufacturing quality and supplier quality. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of SQA at Charge Cars, where they built and developed the SQA department and set the departmental strategy.

Before joining Charge Cars, Christopher worked at Group Lotus as a Lead Engineer in Supplier Quality Assurance, where they developed the Supplier Quality Assurance teams and led the Line Side Support Team. Christopher also served as a Culture Ambassador at Group Lotus, where their role involved promoting an inclusive culture and supporting positive engagement. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer at Group Lotus, where they developed APQP/PPAP strategy and led the triage function for the all-new Emira model.

Christopher's earlier experience includes roles at Nissan Motor Corporation and Grupo Antolin. At Nissan, they worked as a Lead Colour Harmony Quality Engineer, coordinating a team to achieve colour harmony between the car and the purchased parts suppliers. Christopher also served as a Lead Engineer in New Model Development and as a Global Master Trainer in Parts Quality Assurance at Nissan. At Grupo Antolin, Christopher worked as a Quality Assurance Technician, responsible for maintaining site quality management and addressing customer concerns.

Christopher Scott started their education at Thornhill Comprehensive School in Sunderland from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their GCSEs. Christopher then attended City of Sunderland College from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Performing Arts. In 2008, they pursued further education at City of Sunderland University, completing a Foundation degree in Applied Music Practice from 2008 to 2010. Recently, from 2015 to 2022, Christopher has been studying at Teesside University, earning an HND in Process Engineering.
