Ian Prince has over 17 years of experience in design engineering and development roles. Ian currently serves as a Senior Design Consultant at CHARGE CARS, where they are responsible for component and system level design of Low Voltage and High Voltage systems for an Electric Vehicle project. Ian has previously worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Penlon Ltd, where they successfully reduced the overall cost of a ventilator unit by 15%. Ian has also held Senior Design Engineer positions at Dyson, Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, and Autologic Diagnostics Limited. Prior to that, Ian worked as a Design Engineer and Data Coordinator at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd and Ford Motor Company. Their early career includes a role as a Design Engineer at SOMI TRAILERS LIMITED. Ian's expertise lies in component and system design, project cost reduction, and product development.
Ian Prince attended Durham University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Electronic Systems Engineering.
