Mai Phan

Mai Phan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in digital job simulations, training, and recruitment as the Founder and CEO of Variment since September 2021. Mai has served as a Business Mentor at Charge Incubator, focusing on enhancing diversity within the Norwegian entrepreneurship ecosystem, and previously held the role of General Manager at Sometimes Aerial & Pole Fitness AS. Additionally, Mai worked as a Deal Flow Analyst at Katapult, identifying impactful startups in the climate change sector, and held various analytical and managerial positions at Rystad Energy, Refinitiv, PwC, and Saigon Asset Management. With a solid educational background, Mai holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elmira College.
