Simone Marchili

Simone Marchili is an experienced B2B marketing consultant currently focusing on helping ambitious small companies generate demand and enhance their qualified pipeline at Fixmade since July 2021. As a marketing mentor for the Charge Changemaker Program since August 2022, Marchili conducts marketing workshops for first-time immigrant founders. Previously, Marchili served as the Marketing Director at Defigo, a venture-backed PropTech firm, and held various roles at Airthings, including Global eCommerce Manager, Head of Customer Success, and the company's first Sales Manager in North America. Prior experience includes positions at viagogo as Country Manager for Italy and International Sales Executive, as well as a role as Partner/COO at the startup DoJo. Marchili holds an Online Certificate from Stanford University, a Master's degree in Management from London Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
