Ben Lerner

Ben Lerner is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design, prototyping, and validation across various roles. Currently serving as Technical Lead for Mechanical Engineering at Charge Robotics since March 2023, Ben has previously held prominent positions including Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hyphen, where responsibilities included the development of a modular conveyor system, and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Apollo Fusion, focusing on thruster performance enhancements. Educationally, Ben holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Atmosphere/Energy Engineering, both from Stanford University. Past roles also include teaching assistant positions at Stanford and internships that contributed to research and engineering solutions in biochemistry and energy storage systems.
