Charge Robotics
Phäedra R. currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Operations at Charge Robotics since October 2023. Previous roles include Pear Circles at Pear VC in 2024 and membership on the Forbes Community Board from 2022 to 2024, where community curation and founder event organization were key responsibilities. As CEO and Founder of Spero® from 2018 to 2023, Phäedra led a venture-backed Series B startup focused on innovating plant-based dairy solutions. Phäedra also held roles as a Software Engineer and Product Developer at WannaGo LLC, later acquired by TheraBody, and as a Software Developer and Risk Analyst at Meta, contributing to safety initiatives and fraud detection. Academic experience includes research at Cornell University and internships at Close Concerns and Goldman Sachs. Educational background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research & Information Engineering from Cornell University and further studies with Y Combinator and at the Colorado School of Mines.

Charge Robotics is building robots that automate the most labor-intensive parts of solar construction. Solar has rapidly become the cheapest form of power generation in many regions. Demand has skyrocketed, and now the primary barrier to getting it installed is labor logistics and bandwidth. Our robots remove the labor bottleneck, allowing construction companies to meet the rising demand for solar, and enabling the world to switch to renewables faster.
