Melissa Hendrick leads Chargeback Gurus strategic marketing efforts in her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Responsible for defining and activating the overall marketing strategy for Chargeback Gurus to establish a clear connection between marketing activity and business growth. 

At her core, she offers an unparalleled passion for igniting growth, building brands, and demand, enabling revolutionary customer experiences, and driving connections with prospective and current clients and strategic partners. She is an omni-channel demand generation marketing executive with extensive B2B SaaS enterprise and mid-market marketing expertise across a broad range of marketing capabilities and marketing functions.

In her prior role as Executive Vice President for Lockstep, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer of TeamSupport, LLC and Vice President of Yoon, Inc. she was responsible for creating and implementing their respective marketing strategies to ignite a brand that drives demand. Melissa graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Texas and currently resides in Dallas.
