Mike Fischer

Mike Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike is currently working as the Manager - Client Success Operations at Chargeback Gurus, an Inc. 5000 company. Before that, they served as a Supervisor, Customer Success at the same company. Prior to joining Chargeback Gurus, Mike worked at SCA Technologies as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for customer success, project delivery, operational changes, and customer support activities. Mike has also held various roles at Honeywell Building Solutions GES, including Regional Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, Knowledge Management Lead, Integrated Team Lead, and Senior HVAC Engineer. In these roles, they focused on technical skill improvement, knowledge management, and quality actions for the business unit.

Mike Fischer holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from the Madras Institute of Technology Campus, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Sciences at Don Bosco from 2001 to 2003. In 2017 to 2018, Mike pursued the National Management Program (EPGPM) in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Strategic Management, at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Chargeback Expert Level -1 from Chargeback Gurus in 2022, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2016, and 6 Sigma Green Belt in 2008.
