James Childs

James Childs has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. James is currently working as an Implementation Engagement Manager at Chargebee since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Freshworks from November 2018 to January 2022 as a Customer Onboarding Engagement Manager, responsible for successfully implementing the company's suite of SaaS products. Before Freshworks, James worked at AuditBoard as an Implementation Manager from January 2018 to November 2018.
