Jose Tom

Jose Tom currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Chargebee, where responsibilities include leading the Billing vertical, focusing on Usage-Based Billing, Invoices, Credit Notes, and Taxes to drive revenue for a global customer base. Previous roles at Chargebee include Senior Engineering Manager, where Jose built a scalable Usage-Based Billing system, and Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple front-end development teams. Prior to Chargebee, Jose co-founded Beecon Fleet Management, developing a comprehensive fleet management application. Experience also includes significant roles at Citi, where Jose contributed to the development of real-time market access platforms, as well as involvement in leadership positions in technical events at NIT Trichy. Jose holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
