Swapna Thomas

Swapna Thomas has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Swapna started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant in 2014, where they were responsible for developing the frontend of a banking application for State Street bank. Swapna then joined Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) in 2016 as a Presales Engineer, where they framed and delivered the value proposition of Freshdesk in the APAC region as a product consultant. In 2018, Swapna joined Chargebee as a Solutions Consultant, where they worked until 2019. Swapna then returned to Chargebee in 2020, first as a Senior Solutions Consultant and currently as a Product Manager. Swapna's roles have involved responsibilities such as understanding requirements, discovering business and customer operations, and delivering value propositions.

Swapna Thomas completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering from 2010 to 2014.
