Vineeta Vishwanath

Vineeta Vishwanath has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Vineeta is currently leading the recruiting efforts for tech and non-tech functions at Chargebee. Prior to that, they worked at BrowserStack as the head of global engineering hiring and also served as a partner at Equilateral Consultants. At Equilateral Consultants, Vineeta co-founded the firm and provided executive search services, talent intelligence, and recruitment consulting for various clients. Before that, they held managerial roles in HR at Morgan Stanley India Company Private Ltd, Fitch Ratings India Pvt Ltd, State Street Investment Research Services India Pvt Ltd, and Bank of America. Throughout their career, Vineeta has demonstrated their ability to partner with senior management and successfully grow employee strength, design and deploy HR policies, and handle recruitment and talent acquisition.

Vineeta Vishwanath pursued an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development & Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.
