Christ Banito is an experienced professional in fraud analysis and chargeback management, currently serving as the Director of Chargeback & Fraud at Chargeflow since November 2021. Previously, Christ held roles such as Fraud and Chargeback Lead/Security Manager at Upwork, where responsibilities included managing chargebacks for e-commerce platforms like Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe. Prior to that, Christ worked as a Senior Fraud Analyst/Project Manager at Fusemedia and as a Senior Fraud Analyst at both SBTech and Paragon ICC, specializing in detecting payment fraud and conducting document verification. Christ began a career in customer service with various roles including Customer Acquisition Executive and Live Support Agent, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Wesleyan University - Philippines, along with postgraduate education units from San Jose Christian Colleges.
