David Fairclough

David Fairclough is a skilled CNC Miller with extensive experience in precision machining, particularly in the aerospace, medical, and Formula 1 sectors. Currently employed at ChargePoint Technology since November 2023, David previously worked at M&I Materials Limited from September 2017 to November 2023 as a CNC 5 Axis Miller, where expertise was developed on complex milling machines and high-density materials such as Tungsten. Prior roles include significant time at UTC Aerospace Systems in various capacities from 1992 to 2017, specializing in high-complexity components and tight tolerances, as well as positions at Lattimer Engineering Ltd and Fleming Brother Ltd, among others. David’s technical background is supported by formal education, including an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Manufacture and Mechanical Machining.
