Jamie MacBain has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. From 2005 to 2016, they held various roles at different companies. At The Benson Hotel, they were the Beverage Manager from 2005 to 2007. Jamie then moved to Park Kitchen, where they were the Bar Manager from 2007 to 2009. During this same time period, they were also the Bartender at The Passenger and the Manager at SOVA Espresso and Wine. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Head Bartender at Bourbon Steak at The Four Seasons. In 2014, they took on the role of Beverage Director at Daikaya. In 2016, they joined Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC as the On Premise Manager for DC/MD and the Account Consultant for DC. Additionally, they are a Founding Partner at Behind the Stick Consulting Group, where they specialize in bar and restaurant consulting, staff training, menu construction, profit and loss analysis, ordering and inventory controls, private bartending, and brand consulting.
