Max Boots, WSET2, has been working in the hospitality industry since 2011. Max began their career as a Server at Black Market Restaurant Group in 2011. In 2013, they joined Vanguard Wines as a Sales Representative, where they drove the sales of an emerging market and specialized in sales, personal relationships, building and expanding new business, and telling killer jokes. In 2016, they took on the role of Beverage Director at Salt on Mass. In 2017, they became On Premise Sales Manager at Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery. In 2019, they moved to Essentially Geared Wine Co. as Midwest Sales Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC as an Educator for the Diageo Hospitality Partnership.

Max Boots holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
