John Cappetta

CEO at ChargeTech

John Cappetta has over three decades of experience in the financial sector. John began their career at Citigroup in 1986, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice President within five years. In 1991, they left Citi to join Credit Suisse as Director. After just over a year at Credit Suisse, John moved on to AIG Financial Products, where they spent the next thirteen years as Executive Vice President. During their time at AIG, John was instrumental in helping the company weather the financial crisis of 2008. In 2006, they left AIG to join Andesite Capital Management as a partner. Andesite was a successful hedge fund, and John helped it grow even further during their six-year tenure there. In 2012, John retired from Andesite and became CEO of ChargeTech, a startup that makes charging stations for electric vehicles. Under John's leadership, ChargeTech has become one of the leading manufacturers of EV charging stations, with customers all over the world.

John Cappetta has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of San Diego.
