Malvina Hoxha

Malvina Hoxha has a strong background in business development and product development in the fashion industry. Malvina began their career at Ralph Lauren in 2010, where they held roles as a Product Development Manager and Senior Manager. In these positions, they focused on the development of sweaters and denim products. In 2016, they joined Lenzing Group as the Manager of Business Development for North America. There, they were responsible for developing new business opportunities. In 2019, they transitioned to Chargeurs as the Director of Business Development for their North American NATIVA division. Malvina then moved to a Business Development role for Chargeurs PCC in 2021.

Malvina Hoxha completed an Executive MBA in Circular Economy & Sustainable Strategies at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2011 and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the same institution in 2010.
