Ilyas Rhaoui

Ilyas RHAOUI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managerial and executive roles across the retail and distribution sectors in Morocco and Francophone Africa. As General Manager at Chari since January 2022, Ilyas oversees e-commerce and fintech applications for retailers. Previously, Ilyas served as the Deputy General Manager and Co-Founder of Onion Systems, where leadership of a multifunctional team was crucial to building the company's capabilities. Notable achievements include co-founding and managing Distrifast, achieving a turnover of 120 million dirhams in the first year, and significantly contributing to Groupe Dislog's growth from 80 million to 2.3 billion dirhams over a decade, holding various leadership positions. Ilyas also derived strategic success as Sales Director at ASSA ABLOY Group, increasing the market share and financial turnover significantly. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Marketing and International Trade from Sup de Co Marrakech and CEUS in Mathematics & Physics from Université Cadi Ayyad.
