Mark Shvets

Mark Shvets has over 20 years of work experience. Mark began their career in 1996 as a Technical Consultant at Valex Consulting. In 1997, they took on the role of Junior Developer at Wharton Business School. In 2001, Mark became a Software Engineer at SOA Software and Ajunto. Later that year, they joined eHarmony.com as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, they were a Consultant at Intuit, where they implemented a GUI using the JSF framework and wrote Hibernate O/R mappings for the data layer. In 2007, they were a Consultant at Sun Microsystems, where they designed and implemented a flexible and extendable GUI for the latest version of Sun's B2B Suite. Mark also worked as a Software Developer at Offermatica (now Adobe Test & Target), where they implemented a GUI using Struts 1.3, AJAX, Object Oriented JavaScript, JSP, JSTL, EL, and Custom Tags. In 2008, Mark became Team Lead at PTC, where they developed and implemented an iterative plan to re-factor legacy code into a loosely coupled and highly efficient framework. Finally, since 2012, Mark has been a Technical Consultant at Chariot Solutions, where they have worked on a team of consultants doing development of the client's core product, implemented a Dictionary module for automatic encoding of terms using industry standard coding dictionaries, and refactored legacy EJB/JSF/CMP code into Spring MVC/Core/JPA code.

Mark Shvets received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University between 1996 and 2001.
