Sujan Kapadia

Sujan Kapadia has over 19 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Sujan began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer (Co-Op) at IBM. In 2002, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer in the Engineering Leadership Development Program. In 2006, they moved to Vertex Inc. as a Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for leading small teams and projects, interfacing with product management and consulting, and driving the adoption of XP principles. In 2011, they joined Chariot Solutions as Director of Consulting and Lead Technology Architect. In this role, they maintained close relationships with consultants and clients, partnered with the sales team and practice leads, and was responsible for full stack product development.

Sujan Kapadia completed their high school diploma at Upper Merion High School between 1994 and 1998. Sujan then attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Minor in Management Information Systems. In 2003, they went on to pursue a Masters of Science in Software Engineering and Information Systems at Drexel University, which they completed in 2005. In December 2015, Sujan obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates.
