Tracey Welson-Rossman has a long and successful history in the tech industry. Tracey is currently the Founder and CEO of Journal My Health, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer of Chariot Solutions from 2002 to 2021. Chariot Solutions is the Philadelphia region's top IT consulting firm, specializing in software development, systems integration, mobile application, development, and training. In 2009, they founded TechGirlz Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping adolescent girls understand that a future in technology does not necessarily equate to a "boring computer job." In 2011, they founded the Women in Tech Summit, a regional summit that addresses women developers, technology, and explores how women can best work together to support each other. Tracey was also a Founder Member and Board Member of Philly Startup Leaders from 2009 to 2021, an organization dedicated to growing technology startup businesses. From 1999 to 2002, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing at Skylight Systems, an accounting software company that specializes in solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors. In 1996, they bought and ran KangaKab, a New Jersey-based child transportation. Four years later, with revenues at $2.5 million and expanding to Pennsylvania, they sold the company.
