Howard Pearl has a long and varied career in business, starting in 1993 as the President/Owner of PPL Marketing, where they grew the company from $4MM to 13MM and orchestrated the sale and merger with Microforum. Howard then assumed the role of CEO of Microforum, raising $70MM through 3 rounds of fundraising in the market, including a $43MM bought round through TD Waterhouse. In 2001, they became the Chief Operating Officer of International Commerice Exchange Systems. In 2003, they founded and became the CEO/General Manager of Rhino Out Door International, developing and manufacturing innovative Off Road, Rough Terrain Vehicles, and leading the launch and startup. In 2007, they acted as a consultant and Acting CEO/General Manager of CoreVital International, presiding over a restructure and sale of the company. From 2009-2014 they were the Divisional President/CEO of Tuoma Industries, Div. Hebei Sida Industrial Group Co., Ltd., leading the move to western management and providing leadership and consultation on the consolidation of seven manufacturing plants across China into a single more efficient facility. From 2011-2014 they were the CEO/General Manager of Guardian Mobility Corporation, developing and delivering mission-critical, technology-enabled solutions generating actionable business intelligence for regional airlines, corporate and general aviation markets globally. Finally, from 2014-2016 they were the Chief Operating Officer of Tagrem Corp, and from 2016-present they have been the CEO of CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), a nationally recognized nonprofit that serves thousands of nonprofits and public media stations in the U.S. and Canada increasing their fundraising through turn-key vehicle and real estate donation programs.

Howard Pearl attended Harvard Business School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an OPM degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended the Canadian Institute of Marketing in 1997 and obtained an MCInst.M degree in Marketing. Howard also holds a Licenced Multi Engine Aircraft Pilot certification from Transport Canada, Civil Aviation Branch, which they obtained in May 1971.
