Victoria Luh is a professional with extensive experience in community participation and sustainability, currently serving as a Referentin for "Jugend entscheidet. Das Hertie-Programm für innovative Kommunen" at Gemeinnützige Hertie-Stiftung since November 2024. Prior to this role, Victoria worked at the Forschungsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit (RIFS) from May 2019 to November 2024, holding positions such as Projektleiterin for the LOSLAND project focused on municipal citizen participation, as well as scientific roles addressing regional sustainability transformations, social structural change, and providing scientific support for the Bürgerrat Forum Corona Sachsen.
