Owen Pringle

Owen is a partner of Leaders' Quest, a leadership consultancy that helps organisations to bring strategy, culture and purpose into alignment. A transformation specialist, he has worked across civil society, commercial and public sectors helping organisations to adapt to a world that is increasingly digital by default. Previously, Owen has undertaken senior digital roles at ITN, Sky and Amnesty International, where he was the Global Director of Digital. More recently, he was Chief of Staff to the Secretary General of ActionAid International.

A passionate advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, Owen is a strategic advisor to Precious, the digital network for women of colour, and was recognised by the Financial Times in their inaugural list of the 100 most influential BAME leaders in technology. He is a business growth coach, a mentor for a social enterprise accelerator, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
