Amanda Sanders

Amanda Sanders is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in overseeing affordable housing initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Manager at Charities Housing Development Corporation since November 2022, Amanda manages 650 affordable housing units across 11 properties in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, utilizing various housing programs. Prior roles include Property Supervisor at Eden Housing, Inc., Regional Manager at Aperto Property Management, and District Manager at US Residential Group LLC, among others. Amanda has developed expertise in compliance with housing regulations, resident relations, and portfolio supervision, having successfully managed numerous properties throughout their career. Amanda holds a BA in Business Leadership, English Creative Writing, and English British Literature from the University of Puget Sound.
